What great layouts! I used to scrap mostly boyish layouts, then I had a baby girl.
So now I go back and forth! Love the boy layouts! Such fun projects! Love those layouts the colors are perfect for the theme! I've been scrapping my niece and her summer adventures!
Waiting on my order for new Bo Bunny love the new lines! Fab boy layouts! I haven't seen these papers in my LSS yet. Shanna, you are amazing! I love all the layouts, but seeing my boys on that last one just melts my heart. LOVE it! Thank you! I loveeeeeeeeeeeee the layers and the colors are YUM! Great layouts! I'm always trying to find new ways to scrap photos of my husband and son.
Thanks for the inspiration! Wonderful layouts!! I have boys so it is nice to get some boy inspiration. Hey there! Good to be back! So excited to see what our new De Team has in store for us! Everyone of them is uber-talented so no matter what I've been looking forward to sharing this mad scrapper with you.
I've been mad scrappin' some fun "boy" layouts.
That's right I had a lot of fun using three of Mad scrapper Bunny's newer lines, Learning Curve, Cambridge and one of my personal faves Block Party!!! For those who scrap mostly boy s I hope these put a smile on your face. And if you scrap mostly girly layouts there might just be a few inspiring things here for you too! Let me share some boy goodness This adorable kiddo is Bode, a dear friend of the family. I happened to catch this hilarious conversation between Bode and his Mom on Heidi's facebook. It's one of those toddler moments that would be fun to remember years down the road.
Journaling about conversations you have with your children is one of the best ways to document their childhood. And with kids Learning Curve seemed like the perfect line to use with this photo and theme. I created a big tabbed folder to frame the picture and build the layout around it. I even had a little fun doodling a juvenile looking road and car!
These are the "Kings of my Heart". My sweet Brody boy and his handsome daddy Shane. As soon as I pulled this photo mad scrapper and laid it next to the Cambridge collection this title instantly came to me. I printed an 8 x 10 photo for this .
They tend to be a little scary to work with since they take up so much space but it's awesome to use them when you have a favorite photo that you want to be center stage. Everything I've used on this layout is from the Cambridge line. And I don't mean my scrapping is These cute little boys and pictures belong to my girlfriend Becky who is a really talented photographer AND scrapbooker.
One thing I like to do when a photo gets swallowed up by the products around it is mount them onto white cardstock like I did here. This makes them instantly stand out. I also love mixing different fonts to create my titles. The green letters on this are actually a new font that can be found on the Sun Kissed Combo stickers sheet. Everything else here is from the Block Party line.
The little mad scrapper strips Mad scrapper cut out can be found on this "Good Times" paper in the same line. It was a perfect way to add to the feeling of the without having to add journaling. Picking Blueberries So that's it for this Monday! I love doing boy layouts. What do you scrapbook more of? Do you have a preference?
Have you used any of these lines yet? Leave a comment and link us up!
We'd love to see! Posted by Shanna.
